He was predeceased by: his parents, D. Inez (Johnson) and Douglas T. Noakes, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Noakes (Burkett); his children, Christen Vinnola (Matthew), Zachary, Dominic and Douglas Noakes (Eileen); his grandchildren, Douglas and Tristan; and his siblings, Geoffrey Noakes (Josephine) of Wisconsin and Stephanie Noakes of Vermont.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Doug's name to AVOW Hospice Care Services, 1095 Whippoorwill Lane, Naples, FL 34105.
