Weisend of Bonita Springs, Florida, born in East Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Weisend and Grace Weisend (Taylor); his wife Beverly; his son Donald J. Weisend; his daughter-in-law Debbie Weisend; his granddaughter Lindsay Scott; and his sister Carole Richmond.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas C. Weisend (Cheryl) of Fort Myers, FL, Laurie J. Thompson of Willoughby, OH, Martha L. Mansfield of Willowick, OH, Terri L. Scott of Willowick, OH and Jim Thompson of Kirtland, OH; and his grandchildren, Annie Janoco (Jeff), April Bolinger (Eric), Zach Weisend, Brad Weisend (Kaitlyn), Jason Thompson (Stephanie), Samantha Bencar (Brent), Christopher Thompson (Callie), Jack Mansfield (Loryn), Jamie Mansfield, Thomas J. Weisend (Kiira), Will Weisend (Mona) and Elizabeth Weisend. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
