She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas J. Tylka. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Tylka (Greta) of Venetia, PA and Jennifer Welty (Douglas) of Ligonier, PA.; and her grandchildren, Elena, Bryson, Kate and Daniel.
