Hartwell (Kirby); his wife Karen Burns (Couch); his children, Jarred Burns and Brandi Hall; his stepchildren, Amy Cameron, Shannon Meador and Mary Morton; and his brothers, Ron Burns and Donnie Burns. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren.
