She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" and Pearle Stafford; and her husbands, George H. Burkhart and Ernest M. Kollmann. She is survived by: her sons, Derik Burkhart, Kevin Kollmann (Pam) and Kirk Kollmann; and her grandchildren, William "Will" Kollmann (Morgan) and Andrew "Chase" Kollmann. She is also survived by wife, mother and grandmother "Grams" to her two dear grandsons.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hope Lutheran Church.
