Noel (Bonita Springs, Florida), born in Bay City, Michigan, who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David E. Noel and Geraldine Noel; his siblings, Jim Noel and Jeanne Syring; and his wife Joan.
