He is survived by: his wife Diane Martin; his sons, David (Lindsay), Joel and Timothy Augustine; his grandchildren, David Jr. and Ariana Augustine; his siblings, Constance Augustine, Mark Augustine (Denise), Joette Watson (Robert) and Diane Augustine; and his parents-in-law, Lillian LaJevic-Augustine, Patricia Augustine, Connie Augustine, Michael Martin (Anna), Susan Loosli (Ron), Gloria Zawistowski (Duane) and Peter Martin (Janet). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
