He was predeceased by: his parents, Eileen Riley and Leo F. Leary; and his brothers, Michael Leary and Jack Leary. He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Leary; his daughters, Jennifer L. Duerr (Kevin Duerr) of Wake Forest, NC and Katherine Staffey (Kate) of Youngsville, NC; his grandchildren, Megan Duerr, Ellie Duerr, Riley Duerr, Kyle Staffey, Erin Staffey and Nora Staffey; and his siblings, Kathy Finley, Jane Henderson, Judy Harkins, Susan Nelson, James Leary and Patrick Leary.
