He is survived by: his children, Charles (Monica), Luke and Katherine (Tom); his brother Peter (Karen); his nephew Matthew (Chelsea); his niece Kristin Potter (Carol Thompson); and his grandchildren, Thomas Korte (Katherine), Jane Korte (Katherine), Charles Shudtz (Charles), Trevor Shudtz (Charles) and Reed Shudtz (Charles).
