He was predeceased by: his wife Doreen Fogerty; and his stepdaughter Deena Moore. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Fogerty (Mary), Kathy Shamali (Jon), Ron Boot (Mary) and Colleen Bolthouse (Bryan). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
