He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Prentki and Stella Prentki; his former wife Susan; and his son John. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie; his sons, Adam A. Prentki III of Bonita Springs and Joseph P Prentki (Debra) of North Boston, NY; his grandchildren, Robert and Kayla; and his siblings, Theresa Evans (late Richard), Henry Prentki (Susan) and Rosemarie Koczacki (late Jerry). He is also survived by her daughter and two sons.
