He was predeceased by: his parents, Leamon Smith and Eula Lee Herring Smith; and his siblings, Shirley Jean Hill, Ray Smith and Iva Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Elisa Ruby Smith of Bonifay, FL, Rita Faye Treadway (Tracy) of Bonifay, FL and William Wendell Smith (Bonnie) of Lake Placid, FL; his grandchildren, Nichole, Tiffany, Jimmy, Cody, Shelby and Wade; his great grandchildren, Joshua, Jerry, Lyndsi, Emily and Harley; and his siblings, Roy Smith (Linda), Linda Sue Johnston (Tom), Ronnie Smith (Judy) and Ralph Smith (Julieta). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
