She is survived by: her husband Johnny Quattlebaum of Bonifay, Florida; her daughters, Nina Nallick (Ronnie) of Chipley and Amber Quattlebaum of Bonifay, Florida; and her grandchildren, Kalen, Rylan, Laine, Macon, Abby, Haylee, Cason and Hunter. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
