He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy Skipper (Megan) of Boaz and Steven Skipper of Chipley, Florida; his siblings, Debbie Skipper of Bonifay, Florida and Keith Skipper of Bonifay, Florida; and his grandchildren, Weston Skipper, Scarlett Skipper, Rilee Skipper and Cayce Skipper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
