She is survived by: her children, Frank Crutchfield of Bonifay, FL, Doug Crutchfield (Pam), Berry Crutchfield (Heather) of Cottonwood, AL, Dustin Kellum of Bonifay, FL, Anthony Crutchfield of Bonifay, FL, Diane Brokschmidt (Dallas) of Bonifay, FL, Marie Griffin (Tony) of Southport, Stacey Crutchfield of Kynesville, FL and Karry Crutchfield of Bonifay, FL; and her siblings, Joe Deese of Graceville, FL and Mary Deese of Graceville, FL. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
