He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ellie Palmer and Birlie Palmer of Slocomb, Alabama.. He is survived by: his spouse LounettBowers of Bonifay; his stepchildren, Eddie Ray, Melanie Lynn and Robert Gregory; and his sisters, Geraldine White, Catherine Jenkins (Wadell) and Margaret Chitty (Darrell). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
