He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Wesley and Elaine Adams Noblin; and his brother James Wesley Noblin. He is survived by: his son Lance Noblin (Megan) of Gilbert Town, AL; his sisters, Dorothy Ducker of Dothan, AL and Sandra Suglrue of New Jersey; and his close friend Becky Dunn of Bonifay. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
