He is survived by: his wife Janice of Bonifay, FL; his children, Christina Lee Williamson of Vernon, TX, Candice Lynn Flater of Chipley, FL and Philip John Flater IV of Niceville, FL; his grandchildren, Jacob Williamson, Shawn Williamson of Vernon, TX, Jordan Flater, Ian Flater and Hannah Flater of Niceville, FL; his sister Margaret "Peg" Mayo of Thornton, CO; and his children-in-law, Jill Flater of Niceville, FL, Jeff Wiliamson of Vernon, TX and James Munn of Chipley, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
