It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis Randall Martin of Bonifay, Florida, born in Bedford, Virginia, who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Martin and Eva Updike Martin; and his wife Frances T. Martin. He is survived by: his sons, Joe Martin (Penny) of Bonifay and Ben Martin of Bonifay, Florida; his grandchildren, Frances Hawkins (Robert) and Kalen Martin; his great grandchild Rhett Hawkins; and his sister Leona St. Clair. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
