She was predeceased by: her parents, James Joseph Paulk and Rosa Urquhart Paulk. She is survived by: her children, Charles Piccirillo (Lisbeth) of Bonifay and Nora Parish (Wyatt) of Bonifay; and her grandchildren, Alexandra Underwood of Birmingham, AL, Benjamin Parish of Bonifay, Charlie Ann Truette of Chipley, FL and Albert Piccirillo. She is also survived by five great grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
