She was predeceased by: her husbands, Hurtis Pate of Bonifay, FL, Fred Rich of Bonifay, FL and Rev. Bill Bullington of Bonifay, FL; her parents, James Ace and Carrie Smith Sikes of Bonifay; her daughter Betty Dukes (Broward); and her grandsons, Lloyd and Billy Blankenship.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lucille Bombach, Mildred Hathaway, Aubrey Sikes, Jim Sikes, Ruby Singletary and Kate Sikes; her granddaughter Angela Yates of Bonifay; her sister Thelma Brown; her sister-in-law Jean Sikes of Panama City; her great grandchildren, Carrie Bryant, Rachel Kolmetz and Jared Yates; and her great great grandchildren, Conner Strahan, Sean Kolmetz and Kameryn Ector. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces & nephews.
