She was predeceased by: her parents, A. V. "Dock" Carroll and Patricia Dixon Carroll; her former husband Bobby Sikes; and her siblings, Charles C. Carroll and Eleanor Carroll Taylor.
She is survived by: her husband Leon C. Smith; her children, Chris Sikes (Tracie) of Marianna, Gina Sikes Hamm of Auburn, AL, Karen Smith Johnson (Bobby) of Bonifay and Cindy Smith Kolb (Mark) of Ft. Walton Beach; her grandchildren, Trae Hamm (Christie), Jordan Sikes (Claresa), Jonathan Sikes (Lyndsey), Daniel Kolb, Matt Kolb, Morgan Johnson and Lauren Johnson Sikes (Dustin); her great grandchildren, Archer Hamm, Zander Sikes, Liam Sikes, Dustin Dakota Sikes, Jr., Anna Hamm and Hazel Sikes; her sisters, Alice Carroll Miller of Bonifay and Brenda Vickery (Bill) of Sneads; her cousin Grace Freer; and her mother-in-law Thelma Sikes Brown of El Paso, TX. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Calendar Carmel Assembly of God (1485 Carmel Church Rd, Bonifay, FL 32425). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
