She is survived by: her husband Rev. Clyde R. Smith of Bonifay, FL; her children, Quentin Smith (Susie) of Bonifay, FL, Wendy Nolen (Ken) of Bonifay, FL and Ellen Nicole Mitchell (Clay) of Graceville, FL; and her sisters, Lillie Smith of Geneva, AL and Iris Smith (Jerry) of Bonifay, FL.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
