In the sacred silence of farewell, Marcelle is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Daniel Barnes and Scotty Bell Morris Barnes; and her husband Charles Richards. She is survived by: her children, Jackie Forman, Karen Weathers and Roger Bennett (Donna); and her pet Fluffy.

A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery.
