She was predeceased by: her father Robert Brown Williams; and her children, Charlotte Meyer and Joseph Bachman. She is survived by: her daughter Emily Cecil (Matt) of Winchester, KY; her siblings, Lori Barnes of Port Orange, FL, Lynn McLain (Bill) of Athens, GA and Lee Williams of Port Orange, FL; and her grandchildren, Lauren, Jackson and Deven. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
