He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wallace Smith and Delilah Smith (Knowles). He is survived by: his brother Jimmy Smith (Jamie); and his nieces, Jennifer Gehouskey and Amanda Garner (Brandon). He is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews, along with several cousins.
