He is survived by: his wife Linda Cooper of Bonifay, FL; his daughters, Regina Day (Tony) of Bonifay, FL, Charlotte Baine (Bobby) of Bonifay, FL, Deanna Pate (Billy) of Bonifay, FL and Selena Forehand (Clint) of Bonifay, FL; his siblings, Donnie Cooper of Bonifay, FL, Hazel Cook of Panama City, FL, Kathy Bruner of Panama City, FL, Aileen Steward (Keith) of Milton, FL, Magline Carnley (Junior) of Bonifay, FL and Sharon Scott (Billy) of Bonifay, FL; his grandchildren, Dustin Day, Dalton Day (Kristen), Quentin Baine (Andrea), Bryson Baine, Kolby Pate, Katey Pate, Shea Pate, Savannah Pate, Kayla Pate, Cayson Forehand, Jakin Forehand, Sawyer Forehand, Georgia Forehand, Sierra Gery, Lila Gery and Evan Gery; and his great grandchildren, Dawson, Emmaline, Daxton, Kort, Kenadee, Kendon, Kennie, Kalayah, Trayson, Remi and Kyren. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
