He was predeceased by: his father William Paul Bush; and his brother Douglas Bush. He is survived by: his wife Mary Bush of Bonifay, FL; his daughters, Jennifer Fowler (Jason) of Bonifay, FL, Peggy Jean Amaya (Alex) of Brooksville, FL, Harley Merritt and Jazmine Cleveland (Kyle) of Auburn, IN; his siblings, Gwen Aronhalt (Gil) of Bonifay, FL and William Anthony Bush; his grandchildren, Ruben Martinez, Alex Martinez, Alyssa Martinez, Devon Martinez, James Fowler, Jason Fowler, Tucker Fowler, Christian Fowler and Judah Cleveland; and his great grandchildren, Klayton Carter, Kolton Porter and Phoenix Martinez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
