He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Elizabeth Yancey; and his brother Christopher Brown Yancey. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Yancey; his children, Courtney Mitchem (Kennie), Jillian Hobson (Jesse), Scotty Sheridan and Emily Yancey; his grandchildren, Christopher, Delilah, Chloe, Ethan, Javin, Joey, Eric, Korbin and Aubrey; his father Joseph Yancey; and his siblings, Hope Hall (Ricky) and Bryan Yancey (Jennifer).
