He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Barley and Claudie Gainey Barley; his wife Ella Barley; his siblings, James Barley, Max Barley, Buck Casey, Dawson Peacock, Joyce Peacock and Jeanette Barley; and his nephew Keith Barley.
He is survived by: his daughter Claudia Hatton (Ronald) of Virginia; his granddaughters, Shawna Nelson (Matthew) and Kristen Day (Dalton); his great grandchildren, Logan, Fintan and Daxton; his siblings, Eddie Gene Barley (Judy), Vonnie Peters and Clawson Peacock; and his nephew Robert Barley (Katherine). He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
