He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Houston and Nannie Houston; and his brothers, Harold, Wayne, Owen, Paul Houston, Lamar Hood of Oxford, AL, Hugh, Frank and Tommy Houston of Anniston, AL..
He is survived by: his wife Becky Houston; his stepson Shane Britt of Bonifay, FL; and his son Steve Houston (Carol) of Dalton, GA. He is also survived by five grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.
The family kindly requests those who are planning to attend the service for Flem to please wear a facial covering and practice social distancing due to the ongoing pandemic.
