He is survived by: his daughter Celena Cook (Larry) of Bonifay, FL; his grandson Austin Medley of Bonifay, FL; and his sisters, Nadine Wheeler of Southport, FL, Trudell Miller of Bonifay, FL, Lucy Jones (Matt) of Bonifay, FL and Pat Matthews of Bonifay, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
