He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Howard; and his children, Donald Cariel Levens, Jr. (Patti) of Lynn Haven, FL, Keith Levens (Debbie) of Brandon, FL, Debbie Powell (Owen) of Bonifay, FL, Kim Kneiss (Craig) of Bonifay, FL and Tracey Harper (Dwayne) of Gordon, AL. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
