She was predeceased by: her parents, Loran L. Cook and Annie Oneta Barber Cook; and her siblings, Annie Lou Watford, Evelyn Berkley, Paul Cook and Lonnie Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Hymel (Jeff) of Bradenton, FL and Christopher Taylor (Christina) of Vernon, FL; her close friend Walter Smith of Bonifay, FL; and her siblings, Berneice Street of Lagrange, GA, Barbara Hauffe (Earl) of Bonifay, FL, Mary Heiney (Terry) of Laguna Beach, CA, Charles Cook (Sandra) of Cookeville, TN and Phillip Cook (Freida) of Bonifay, FL.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. John's Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 748 St. John Road, Bonifay, Florida 32425.
