He is survived by: his children, Ladyne Swearingen (Gary) of Panama City, FL, Catrina Carroll (Edwin) of Bonifay, FL, Quin Lewis (Patrick) of Bonifay, FL and Chris Lewis (Sabrina) of Bonifay, FL; his sister Cathern Leavins of Bonifay, FL; his grandchildren, Darus, Dalon, Cash, Malaya, Erica and Jared; and his great grandchildren, Maddox and Maken. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
