He is survived by: his children, Kevin Cook (Torrey) of Dothan, Alabama and Kim Hughes (Terry) of Dothan, Alabama; his sister Janice McLean (Billy) of Freeport, Florida; and his grandchildren, Garrett Cook, Haylee Hughes, Cullen Cook and Gracie Cook.
