He is survived by: his children, Jason Carnley (Tammy) and Amy Chitty (Jason); his grandchildren, Logan Chitty, Karlee Chitty, Hannah Carnley, Hunter Carnley and Caleb Chitty; his sister Glenda Watson (Dwayne); his mother-in-law Catherine Owens; and his siblings-in-law, Charlene Owens, Patsy Kirkland (Harold), Robbie Owens (Rob), Kathy Owens Edwards, Charles Ray Owens, Jr. and Steven Owens (Michelle). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
