She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby L. Kuykendall of Lynn Haven, FL.. She is survived by: her daughters, Bobbie Sue Krenke (Greg) and Becky Johns (Gary Gruber) of Parker, FL; her siblings, Margaret Kourtris of Candler, NC, Johnny Ledford of Charlotte, NC, Bud Ledford (June) of Canton, NC, George Ledford (Peggy) of Canton, NC and James Ledford (Brenda) of Canton, NC; her grandchildren, Scott Krenke (Heather) of Lynn Haven, Holly Ciccarelli of Cumming, GA, Christopher Sammons (Tasha) of Southport and Kendall Spalding (Tyler) of Parker, FL; and her great grandchildren, Lea, Julia, Ryan, Andrew, Adilyn and Trevor. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to either Samaritan's Purse or Gideons International in memory of Betty Sue Kuykendall.
