She is survived by: her children, Verna Marie Hendrix of Bonifay, FL, Vernon Lewis, Jr. of Bonifay, FL and Veronica Lewis of Bonifay, FL; her grandchildren, Rachel Moore, Dakota Hendrix, Vernon Lewis III, Contessa Griffith, Leah Lewis and Zach Wilkerson; her great grandchildren, Chase, Jeremiah, Annabelle, Addilynn, Ellason, Charlotte, Carson and Emmerson; her sister Jo Ann Jacobs; and her siblings-in-law, Jessie Valton Lewis (Carol) and Juantia Lewis.
