He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Mowery and Wiley Mowery; his brothers, Cliff, Gaylon and Bob; and his daughter Judy.
He is survived by: his wife Ladene; his daughters, Lori Weakland and Lisa Mowery; his stepdaughters, Tracy Kristensen (Ed), Robin Nordberg and Dina Doetsch; his son William Phillips; his grandchildren, Jason, Eric, Lauren, Erica, Tina, Amanda, Albert, Jessica and Loric; and his great grandchildren, Dominic, Rosaria, Ethan, Lily, Willow, Genesis, Izabella and Adalynn.
