He is survived by: his children, Dr. Paul Wax (Janet Reiser) of Paradise Valley, AZ, Martha Leibowitz (Samuel Leibowitz) of Columbia, MD and David Wax of Boca Raton; and his grandchildren, Adam Leibowitz, Michael Leibowitz, Jordan Leibowitz, Dr. Rebecca Wax (Brooks Gerli) and Sarah Wax. He is also survived by his family and friends.
