He is survived by: his wife Miriam Turner Tobias; his children, Josh Tobias (Sarah) of Delray Beach, FL, Calvin Tobias (Lia Kollewe) of Grass Valley, CA and Hannah Tobias Mezzell (Justin Mezzell) of Los Angeles, CA; his grandchildren, Piper, Hudson and Greta Mezzell; and his siblings, Connie Jo Tobias of Ft. Pierce, Florida and Bob Tobias (Janet) of Vero Beach, Florida..
He was used in mighty ways during the pandemic, as many throughout the world had to rise to the occasion as great leaders.
