She is survived by: her children, Tammy Hornung (Gary), Arthur Maxwell9 Cara, Benjamin Maxwell (April) and Mitchell Maxwell (Latessa); her grandchildren, Grant, Samantha, Elizabeth, Paige, Brooke, Cohen, Adelaide, Miles, Drew and Adored; her great grandchildren, Cali, Whitney, Robb, Madden, Saide, Charles and Max; and her brother Michael Cohen.
