He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his son Dr. Keith Merlin (Heidi); his daughter-in-law Mary Jean Merlin; his grandchildren, Sarah Dretchen (Josh), Samuel Merlin (Emily), Jacob Merlin, Noah Merlin and Adored; and his great grandchildren, Dillion, Hadley and Ryan.
