She was predeceased by: her husband Francis; her parents, Arthur Phelan and Margaret Doran Phelan; and her daughter Catherine Mary Rocco. She is survived by: her brothers, Arthur (Jean) and John; and her children, Elizabeth Ann (Michael), Mazur of Cleveland, OH, Deborah Jean Rocco of Lakeland, FL, Margaret Mae (Michael), Tomasso of Boca Raton, FL, David Francis Rocco and Jeffrey Francis Rocco. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren along with one great-great grandchild.
