He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Faye Bloch. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Craig (Mary Kay Bloch), Wayne (Sheree Bloch), Carole (Steven LeBlanc), Alison Bloch Samuels (Seth), Sam Bloch (Kayla), Ryan Bloch and Jonathan Holder (Brittany).
