He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Magill and Dora Magill; his in-laws, Joseph and May Dragoon; and his great-niece Senesh Magill.

He is survived by: his wife Marlene Magill; his children, Melanie Magill of Boynton Beach, FL and Jonathan Magill (Amanda Magill) of Ormond Beach, FL.; his granddaughter Brittany Magill; his great grandchild Sarah Magill of Boca Raton, FL.; his brother Edward Magill (Goldah Magill) of Brooklyn; his siblings-in-law, Harvey and Susan Dragoon of Peabody, Massachusetts.; and his nieces and nephews, Daniel Magill (Anne-Maureen) of Brooklyn, Yael Lieberman (Larry) of Manhattan, Jordan Magill (Kari) of Silver Springs, Gayle Krivelow of Stoughton and Keith Dragoon (Monica) of Beverly Hills, California.. He is also survived by his great nieces, nephews, and countless cousins.
