He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Smith, Rebecca Jean Smith and Stephanie Boggs; his son-in-law Jason Boggs; his grandchildren, Morgan, Marina, Kayla, Harley, Skylar, Carter and Bode; and his siblings, Michael Smith and Ellen Smith.
