He is survived by: his friend Ed Castellano; his children, LoriAnn Esposito (David Warner), John Catalano, Jr. (Felice Hauptman Catalano) and Michael Catalano (Joy Barlow Catalano); his cousin Barbara Ann Catalano Wexler (Warren); his grandchildren, Andrew, James, Christina (Joe), Angelea, Jacob, Luke and Isabella; his great grandchildren, Sophia Grace, Amelia Rose, Riley Mae and Cecelia Jane; and his close friend Madeline Ruiz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and treasured lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family gratefully requests donations to be made in John's memory to Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.).
