He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Heavner and Marie Heavner. He is survived by: his wife Jan Heavner (Erickson); his daughters, Sarah Henriksson (Fredrik) of Hudiksvall, Kate Heavner of Asheville, NC and Laura Heavner of Boca Raton, FL.; his grandchildren, Rilee, Stellan and Axel; and his brother Phillip Heavner (Martha). He is also survived by his family including many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
